Chris Hayes's All In

The last segment of his show had Dan Savage and Xeni Jardin (of Boing Boing) on as guests, Dan to speak for LGBT issues, talking about the nothing burger Religious Freedom e.o., and Xeni as a cancer survivor.

Xeni spoke first about how mad she was about the ahca, then Dan said that while this executive order lacked teeth he knows the next one might have them.

When Chris turned back to Xeni, she broke down in tears, taking her glasses off and saying this just isn't America anymore. I found it profoundly moving, similar to Jimmy Kimmel's story.

Well worth watching... it's on the first 5 or so minutes of this link.

People will suffer and die just as surely as if they'd declared war on their own country.

The Senate had better do its job. Though I don't know if they can do enough.
