You know that Federal health insurance Congresspeople get?

It's going away on 1/1/2014. They'll get what the rest of us have.

"Congress and Congressional staff will only be offered the same insurance offered to people in the insurance exchanges, rather than Federal Insurance. Basically, we won't be footing their health care bills any more than any other American citizen."

It's equally like this: regular citizens on the individual markets will be getting the same kind of insurance that Congressional people do.

By the way, we never paid for their health care (except to the extent that the government, as an employer, kicked in a healthy share, as they will still probably do). Congressional members and staff always had to purchase their own plans off an exchange, choosing among silver, gold, and bronze plans, according to their wishes and financial resources.
