Getting a bill out of the Senate with major changes that the House will accept 2-1
Unable to get a bill the House will accept 1-1

1. They pretty much done all they're going to do

They finally passed a bill out of the house that would kill ACA. Thats all they wanted to do and now they'll go on with some more bigly endeavors such as tax cuts for corporations and people who don't need any and throw crumbs to us that will amount to a few bucks a year. In the mean time all our users fees and taxes other than income taxes will go way up.

When we first bought our place here about 15 years ago our property taxes was a tad less than 300 bucks, now its over 600

2. The odds of no bill are greater than no bill.

I am not implying Chup Care is dead, only that is more likely than not it is.

Because Senate seats are not gerrymandered.
