9. I've come to the conclusion that this is all an elaborate Kabuki theater designed to make Dolt 45*

and Lyin' Ryan look to their base like they did something. They had that big, showy, beer party on the White House lawn to pat each other on the back and to make the Fox-PAC bots and other hate wing media swoon. They knew full well that it would be DOA in the Senate. McConnell is probably in on it too because he needs to keep his wife employed and it might somehow damage President Obama in some way. They know they can't really do anything remotely like that piece of shit that passed the House or else they're all out in 2018.

It's just one big show for the baggers and Drumpfcultists because they know this bill can't possibly pass the Senate and the Senate bill will be torpedoed by the "Freedom" Caucus, i.e. Big Fat Selfish, Greedy Babies.
