This father and son will completely change the way you sing your ABCs
We thought we knew our ABCs, but a video of a father-son duo performing the schoolhouse classic has us wanting to relearn.
Your classic ABCs just got a major remix from the father-son duo stealing all our hearts and trust us, the A is for adorable.
Stanley Freeland, father of four-year-old Josiah, has been recording a series of precious videos in which he and his son don matching outfits and dance to a selection of hip hop tracks. The one the worlds currently obsessed with? A very charming Josiah performing a hip hop version of the ABCs. Yep. Its as amazing as it sounds.
Dressed in matching grey polos, red shorts and bright white sneakers, the father and son deliver the alphabet like youve never heard it before. With Josiah taking centre stage and his father performing hype man duties, the two dance and groove all the way from A-Z.

chanting and doing big movements. Instead we put them at a desk and tell them to write letter within the tiny lines.

I'm not a teacher but I work in schools and my work involves a lot of research into children's neurological development.
We're doing it all wrong.

with whatever I wanted. We also meditated everyday. I taught in the city of Pgh, rural South Carolina and inner city Houston before I gave it up.
I wouldn't like it today. My best friend has one more year until she retires from teaching. She has seen lots of idiotic changes.

Play, or what looks like play, is the best teacher for young children.
Music, dance - movement - was a big part of my classroom.
