What has he done? The current Rep. Kennedy got elected to the House and seems to be having an impact there, so he's earned his government cred.

In the fall he is going to Harvard Law. Yes he comes from a legacy family but he actually sounds like he is a smart person who actually belongs there.

It is infuriating that there is a class of people who magically find entry to IVY League schools. Most of them didn't earn it. But every once in a while it seems like someone may have.
