Misplaced

I have been an activist and FDR democrat all of my adult and teenage life. I have always stood up for the environment, reproductive rights, and economic justice. I am very proud of the fact that I support all these fundamental human rights and I think my grandfather who is unfortunately no longer living would be very proud of me and that means the world to me. Unfortunately there is a lot of hate in this great country of ours and it is quite unnerving and this election cycle brought out the worst in us but not just as a country but as citizens of our planet. Bill Maher's new rules has really disturbed me and wasn't just an attack against people who voted third party but was also an attack on progressives in general and seems to be just unfocused hate speech. During the election cycle I have been called and accused of inaccurate and a just plain insulting gambit of ugly names from fellow Democrats and the trumpers. I have oddly been called racist, sexist and a bigot eventhough I have been standing for the rights of both sexes and standing up for civil rights of people of all races and religions here and abroad. And of course I've been called a communist and a whole host of ugly names and slurs from the trump supporting republicans. People have even accused me of supporting trump even though my views directly contradict that of the trumpers and the trump administration. My point being that progressives should not be subject to this name calling from fellow democrats just for supporting a different democratic candidate. The name calling needs to stop so we can focus all of our efforts to make sure another trump term doesn't happen. Progressives and Bernie Democrats have a lot to bring to the table and I think we are all feeling a little alienated and at the same time we have to deal with a trump administration which all to much to deal with. Let us come together and stop trump and challenge the status quo and bring fourth real progressive change.

It's the last part.
The bringing forth " real progressive change" people voted for a 3rd party.
Their protest vote have left us all at the mercy of the Republican party.
It's their right but it was never going to happen.
"Destroy" the party to fix it.
Get establishment out.
Don't like Clinton
Emails.
Disaster.

Not every Bernie supporter voted for Jill Stein and voting third party didn't swing the election
The electoral college did.

Like I said its the right of every voter, Clinton got 3 million more votes and the EC swung the election, but in those former blue states, every vote against HRC swayed the EC to the maggot.
