I noticed something in that hearing today that noone seems to be talking about.

When asked what statute that Flynn broke and she replied, I can't tell you. If I tell you it would tell what he did.
That tells me it's probably the espionage statute.

espionage. A couple of weeks ago Malcolm Nance suggested there's a RICO prosecution pending.

So far 2 sealed indictments have been handed down.
The idea seems to be charging Trump with some sort of RICO, because he has no legal way to stop a state case. Problem is the net is very very wide, considering all the targets.

...for now.

Eventually it's all coming out in open court. For sure he took bribes and maybe sold secrets, and he was probably Trump's bagman sneaking in payoffs and messages from Putin.

Just wait and see.

Logan act by talking to russians about sanctions
Accepting money from russia with out permission
Accepting money from Turkey with out permission
Not disclosing afterward on security clearance form either so 2 counts there
Not disclosing meeting with russians
Not disclosing meeting with turkey about possibly kidnapping the cleric
Plotting to kidnap someone during that meeting
Acting as a lobbyist with out registering as one

was just one law since she was pretty vague. Saying "underlying conduct" to me could be one thing or more then one thing. Also add to the list of possibilities. He called Russian Ambassador Kislyak the same day President Obama announced sanctions against russia. There could be another logan act violation.
