Early on, he led the transition team and remember who took the reins from him.... that's right... our acting VP Pence.

It was very hush hush, the reason why Christie left the transition team after being one of THE first people to (reluctantly) endorse Trump.

As a former prosecutor, I bet he is the one that advised Trump not to mess with Flynn. I also suspect he is the one that leaked.
