James Comey's firing has brought an end to my favorite daydream.

I imagined the newly inaugurated Democratic president beginning his speech by saying: "Effective immediately James Comey is hereby dismissed as the director of the FBI. To anyone listening at FBI headquarters right now: Please escort former Director Comey from the building."
