Some former Trump nut job at work just told me

That Trump had actually hijacked the Republican Party and was really a Democrat who had infiltrated the party. Sorry Repulicans, you broke it, you pay for it.

Obviously, a new talking point. Also sounds like death throes for the Trump administration if it is. Has anyone else heard this anywhere?

Joe Scarborough has been saying similar things the last couple days, that Trump was a Democrat from Manhattan who took over the party. I like that Joe's been demanding sane Republicans stand up against Trump but sorry... he's all yours. If the voters of your party voted for him, then what does that say about your party?

Trump was a Nixon Reagan crotch sniffer. There are clips of him at the Repuke convention in 80 ,84,88. Extolling the sainted Ronnie RayGun. He tried to ingratiate his self to the Reagan's by offering his homes & resorts to vacation at. Nancy did not like or trust him.

But nope. Their party really does have enough stupid people in enough states to elect that jackass. I'm convinced he didn't even want the job and never expected to win.

He has supported liberal policies in the past and has relationships and has donated to Dems.

It would be awesome if he divides and destroys the Republican party. We should definitely encourage them to fight among themselves.

Thu May 11, 2017, 10:20 AM

He would jump on any ideological train at any point along the political spectrum in order to further his personal interests. In rapid fire fashion, he's been a Republican, Democrat, Independent, and Reform Party member along the way. In 2016, the anti-Obama racist nihilistic stance of the GOP was his ticket to "greatness", not to mention expanding his business interests on a global scale. But yes, there are those who will, in increasing numbers, be portraying Trump as being deliberately positioned by the "Democrat Party" as a ploy to destroy the GOP once and for all. He might do just that, but with no help from Democrats. He's 100% the GOP's baby.

"He tricked us", "They tricked us"...when will they admit "We tricked us?"

One thing I'll say about the Democrats, they may "complain about the refs" or might be disappointed in their candidates, but they never have to admit to being tricked. And Dems for the most part will admit they fucked up when they fucked up, and agree to put their own in jail for being crooks.

You won't see a Republican do anything to put their own in jail for being crooks. They'll just come up with some BS justification about how cheating, stealing, lying or outright murder by proxy is a-okay, because what it took for them to be able to win. Winning is far more important than actually being in a position to take responsibility and govern. It's all a f'n spectator sport to them, and the country is pretty much disposable.

. . .why they didn't deduce this in November and then they could have not voted for a stealth Democrat?

That's why this meme is so weak. You figured it out NOW, but you were completely oblivious to it 6 months ago? Then you are either lying now, or were stupid then.

Not exactly the greatest of rational explanations.
