I think we KNOW the answer to this but

The real question is ... why didn't TRUMP tell Putin ... "NO!"??

So:

Russia is back, and ...
Trump CAN'T say "no."

The White House was even willing to eat the embarrassment of the Russian Tass photos so that Putin had his worldwide proof of power ...

And ... Trump HAD NO FEAR of telling USA MSM to stay out of the meeting.

===== tweet summary

Why did Trump agree to meet with Lavrov today? Because Putin personally asked him to

For Lavrov, just having this meeting and the photo-op itself is a big demonstration to the world & to the Russian people that RUS is back"

WH furious over Russian government photos of Trump meeting with Lavrov/Kislyak. "They tricked us," an official said of Russians "They lie."

To test Dump's loyalty by asking him to do something outrageous. Dump understands and values loyalty and demands it from those around him. He will have no problem doing whatever Putin tells him to do. I'm preparing for something horrific.

He is just a quieter/non-crazy version of Trump's 'CEO-in-Chief"

Cuz I'm not buying this. You don't insult your own country, by insulting it's press publicly, when you are w the Russians..repeatedly. This, right after the Russian ridiculed our press, right in SSs face. Till's response, a snarling, dismissive slap toward the press, like go fuck yourselves.
