Is patribotics.blog reliable?

Someone posted a link on facebook that the Russian money is far-reaching and that Orrin Hatch might become President, because the line of succession is tainted down to him? I tested the basic url and it goes to their site. It it isn't an iffy site for security, I'll post a link. I don't want to post a link if there might be a virus. Really need DU to be up and running!

Louise Mensch is well connected and gets scoops before most others. Her twitter feed engages in a lot of speculation, but denotes it as such to distinguish from the factual reporting that she puts on her blog.

Last night, the google chrome urgent update screen popped up, the one I think is a virus, while I was logged in on DU. I closed that screen, notified the administrators, logged out, deleted all the surfing I had just done, logged back in and changed my password. But I swear I'm not paranoid

Interestingly, I was looking for information on Russian birth control, preferred methods, before I got the chrome warning.

But, when she was first posted here, all hell broke loose because she is a conservative (and a never trumper).

Note this push back on her reporting. (DU was hacked and taken down as this thread started going viral on election day. Note the view count.)

12. I have mixed feelings about her

Louise Mensch was a Conservative member of Parliament before moving to the US. I WANT her info. to be credible, and some of it has been confirmed. Some of it reads more like conjecture and conspiracy theory.

So, like MelissaB suggested, I take it with a grain of salt and wait.

Haven't followed her for very long but, so far, she's spot on--plenty. Enough to make me pay attention. But even if her conclusions were wrong 75% of the time, I'd still follow her because her fact-finding is great. I always learn something new that would never have turned up in my usual news-hounding. She frequently makes some unexpected connection b/w Fact A and Fact R that marvelously explains Fact Z. What she does best is make me feel more certain that the bad guys aren't getting away with anything and that the good guys will win. For me, everything she says reinforces my hope that law enforcement, deep blue techies and others are actively working this; that they've found evidence enough to take Team Trump down--that it's not just a fantasy.
