I hear it pronounced both ways among the commentators, and until I hear Rosenstein say it himself I can't be sure.
Maybe he'll have to state it at congressional hearings.

(2,404 posts)I think there's another scene in My Cousin Vinny where Stanley gets upset because the court personnel keeps mispronouncing his name, and he says something like, it's SteIn; he keeps saying Steen!
