What Happens to AG Schneiderman Now W/O Comey?

He was going to coordinate RICO indictments with FBI. I wonder if that's still going to happen now with McCabe. And does he even need the FBI for that, or is it just a bonus? I'm not sure how RICO works.

It sounds like it is at an advanced stage anyway, so hopefully OnDoutside May 2017 #1
The only thing Schneiderman needed FBI for was sharing of evidence... most likely he already has MedusaX May 2017 #2

Comey's exit won't affect it greatly. I'm sure many of us are worried but when you consider the bigger picture of reps like Scarborough begging Senators and Congressmen to stop covering for Trump, plus European ICs have a lot of the evidence against Trump etc, they can leak if it comes to it. In the case of Mensch, she is probably getting some of her info from the British IC.

What he needs from them....

As NY AG, he has evidence on hand from past state investigations/ cases on all of Trumps associates & Trump himself.

Those bits & pieces are crucial to RICO in order to establish a pattern of qualifying activities

And his history of investigating all these players gives him an advantage when trying to identify any missing links..
since he knows, historically, who has worked with who & with what entities & what shell co. Practices they utilize...

If you read some of the tweets regarding the indictments, the language makes it sound like the FBI was working closely with Schneiderman. I forget who it was who wrote the tweet warning tRump (yesterday or Wednesday) to look out for intelligence and, if they didn't come through, Schneiderman would. In other words, they made it sound like a joint effort. My concern was that McCabe might sit on new evidence. According to another tweet tonight, the FBI raid yesterday provided evidence with connections to tRump. Now, that means there was a leak. That information should not have been made public. But it demonstrates that those indictments were linked to tRump and there is still evidence to gather.

I realize that assessing how much evidence is needed versus how much have been obtained is pure speculation. I'm not familiar with Schneiderman's operation, so I thought someone else might have more info.
