As another poster has pointed out, this opens the US market to cooked poultry products. I can't help but wonder two things - food safety, and the impact on US poultry producers.

The other part of this is that it opens the Chinese market to US payment processors. Cui bono? PayPal, MC, Visa, and Amex. I would also suspect that members of the buffoon's cabinet will benefit. I would also wager that this will do nothing to create new jobs in the US.

Can't wait for Krugman's analysis.
