The MSM has been dissecting Trump all morning long. Clint Watts offers some pretty bold advice below, and I think he is the kind of person many in the IC will listen to. Fairly stark suggestions from Clint -- unprecedented?

I think the war ... is on. Anyone who watched Clapper on TV this morning knows this. Clapper DIRECTLY shot down all of 45's recent statements, assumptions, mischaracterizations -- did everything BUT call 45 a liar to his face. Calmly.

You tell ME who has more weight, integrity in public eye ... Clapper, with 50+ years of loyal service to US? Or 45?

45 miscalculated the response of IC with Comey firing - NOT intimidation, but deeply, soul-level, pissed off. 45's continued miscalculation, and verbal diarrhea, is providing all the evidence MSM need to attack him for incompetence, if not lunacy. Trump has managed to align most of the US Intelligence Community against him within just a few short days. The harder he pushes, the worse it will get.

The knives are out. Blood will be spilled. Ugly before better. But now a death match ...
