SCROTUS sucks as a criminal mastermind.
Criminal, sure; but mastermind, not so much. If you're going to commit serious, complicated acts of villainy you can't telegraph your actions. You have to wait until after you've done it to go "Bwahahahahaha!" Snidely Whiplash can't go out and tell Dudley Do-Right that he's going to tie Nell to the railroad tracks and cackle evilly in his face while Nell is actually miles away at a krav maga tournament.
