(6,916 posts)That aide is in the White house pursuing power at the expense of country.
The aide should resign if he or she has a problem with the tweets. What about the voter suppression commission or the Holocaust denial? Aide is ok with all of those in pursuit of power, but not early morning tweets?
Give me a break. That aide is complicit and should resign if they have any principles beyond pursuit of money and power.

eats the second scoop of ice cream at the White House gains a perfect sense of their own existential absurdity and in the full realization of how pathetic their life of privledge has become has a massive coronary and face plants into the ice cream. Thank you, Amen.
PS live and on TV would once again show both your infinite mercy and kick ass sense of humor.
Amen, amen.

(172,292 posts)is going to continue throughout the life of this Presidency. He's not going to change so either they deal with it or leave. No one seems to be able to affect it either way since the GOP Congress refuses to do its job.

Making excuses for each of his rants, trying to bring clarity to actions and statements that bear no relation to reality. Dealing with his abuse and trying to put on a good face for the public.
Unlike family, though, these folks are there by choice. Therefore, no mercy.

(6,916 posts)So sad that young GOP got into the White House by trying to hurt liberals and the working class, and now find in addition to being purchased by GOP donors, they're now complicit in autocracy and crimes.
I feel so bad for them.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
