The Bushes in Africa

President George W. Bush and Laura Bush are spending this week in Africa to launch a partnership to detect and fight cervical cancer. The Bushes are spending four days in Kabwe, two days in Lusaka, Zambia; and one in Gaborone, Botswana.

to prevent abortions and monitor miscarriages. This is a better idea, though, to help women get pap smears.

However, the Rs at home defund Planned Parenthood, and they provide pap smears and other well woman exams.
