I'm not going to wait a week for the MSM to catch up. Fuck the MSM.

(7,681 posts)That's not what the embedded tweet says. Is there another where he says that?

(17,984 posts)He embedded the Mensch tweet about the indictment.

(62,444 posts)That's what KO's tweet says.
Do you believe "KO agrees" is an accurate and truthful description of KO's tweet?
ProudLib72
(17,984 posts)Why would he link himself to the story if he didn't? I mean, why retweet Mensch's tweet if you think it's rubbish?

(62,444 posts)Your OP says he "agrees".
His actual words are "can't speak to the accuracy".
If I say "I don't know if you are full of shit or not" that is not a statement of agreement.

(17,984 posts)You're taking the first line out of context.

(17,984 posts)But you're ignoring two facts. First, he thought it important enough to include in his twitter feed in the first place. Say what you will about Taylor and Mensch, but KO is not just some random nut job. I don't believe he would post something if it weren't worth considering. Secondly, he mentions two instances when Mensch has been right about seemingly incredible events. I take this as KO saying, "Hey, I have (no one has) any way to prove this particular report, but Mensch has been proven right in regards to crazy information in the past. We should watch to see what develops from this."

(11,986 posts)yeah, the headline is a bit misleading.
though I wouldn't dismiss the whole post based on that, KO does have a point, these people aren't Alex Jones style crackpots.
What if someone says "I don't know if your a piece of shit or not but this photo of this piece of shit does kinda look exactly like you"

Only spreading a warning. Is knowing what listening to fake news purveyors did to the right worth nothing?
We should all be concerned at watching notoriously dishonest and unreliable sources being eagerly adopted by some on the left. This is a new phenomenon and, even if minor so far, a dangerous one because we know fake news is addicting.
And worse, it breeds distrust of reliable sources, creating a vulnerability that will inevitably lead to exploitation and manipulation by political enemies.

(58,785 posts)peddling conspiracy theories, making up ways to connect dots, inventing new dots, and, above all, making attention-grabbing statements she cannot know are true until and if before they are verified by others. Whether she believes her own product is unclear.
Not a troll, but not a person of integrity. We do know that she worked for Rupert Murdoch and is on the outside now. We also know that he would be interested in sowing confusion and dissent on the left. Two dots to watch for connection without assuming any.

(21 posts)Right, because people link to an article/statement from someone, in which they speak positively to that / those person's history in being right before, because they don't agree with them. Completely

(7,178 posts)If Trump had released his taxes and was not hiding his collusions we would not need speculation.
and if MSM was doing a proper job uncovering this MESS we are in... we would not need to speculate.
We would already have most questions answered.
