Given the strategic cooperation agreement between Russia and China, I'm pretty sure the both of them are happy to run the Kim Jong Un Show for the same reason that Bush and Ahmedinejad had their duo comedy act run for years.

The press release seems to indicate that Russia, like Japan. North Korea is even more of a threat to Russia than to Japan. We will honor our commitments to our allies.

Is the Trump policy one of placing our military at the service of Russia under the guise of protecting Japan?

Is the press release mainly addressed to Putin as another in a list of Trump's positive public statements about Putin and Russia public fealty statements- medieval style pledge of personal allegiance to a greater lord?
