2. Being that for most states, the EC is winner take all based on the popular vote of the state,

moving to the country would have no effect.

We win the city districts with 80% of the vote and then lose four rural districts 60-40.

The poster said, get rid of the EC or we need to move to the country. Moving to the country would have NO effect on the outcome of the EC.
