Trump thinks that exercising too much uses up the body's finite energy (NOT the Onion!!!!!)

Trump thinks that exercising too much uses up the body’s ‘finite’ energy

Trump reportedly eschews exercise because he believes it drains the body’s “finite” energy resources, but experts say this argument is flawed because the human body actually becomes stronger with exercise. Trump’s views on exercise were mentioned in a New Yorker article this month and in “Trump Revealed,” The Washington Post’s 2016 biography of the president, which noted that Trump mostly gave up athletics after college because he “believed the human body was like a battery, with a finite amount of energy, which exercise only depleted.”

. . . . .

Rather than thinking of energy stores as a battery, “a better analogy would be like the fire that you continue to fuel with more coal or wood,” Jonesco said. “You need to continue to add fuel, or your flame will die. This is true whether you exercise or not. .?.?. Simply by existing, we are burning energy.”

What’s more, although exercise puts a temporary stress on the body, the body adapts to that stress so that the heart and muscles become stronger and more efficient. “If we can create a battery that, every time it’s used, actually becomes more powerful and efficient, then sure, our body is like that battery,” Jonesco said.

. . . . .

Exercise may even help you live longer. (on second thought, you are right, douche boy, DON'T EXERCISE!!!!)

what an idiot.

And then, I'd like to think that his brain capacity is finite and he should drop any minute now and mercifully removed to a quiet, padded place.

I am very sure that any woman that is with him is expected to exercise a lot as to remain very skinny for him. I suspect he does not allow them to eat much either. As we have seen he acts hateful to any woman who is not super skinny. Yeah, I know he is not nice to women at all but if you are an ounce bigger than he thinks you should be you are worse.

So I hope that he is very careful about avoiding all exercise, and that he eats enough to keep his battery charged. Plenty of fried chicken, anything with Hollandaise or Bearnaise sauce, and lots of that beautiful chocolate cake with at least two scoops of ice cream.

The more you really listen to Trump's insights, the more you realize what an ignorant moron he is. Those are always the types that think they know everything too.

http://gizmodo.com/5982977/how-many-heartbeats-does-each-species-get-in-a-lifetime . You only get so many heartbeats in a lifetime. I guess if you exercise somewhat and lower your average beats/minute, it stretches your life span. If you do nothing, you have a higher average beats/minute and it reduces your lifespan. The article is not really the hard science worthy of making it your life strategy, but that probably doesn't bother Trump and his love of pseudo facts.

because that is the only way that drivel makes "sense". yes, one's heartbeats are finite. but few know the instant of their death. well, except for Atropos.
