RUMOR: AUSA has signed off on the tactical & logistical plan to take numerous subjects into custody.

1. Followers know I've tried to avoid an exact timeline as to when to expect arrests. I'm now receiving word that it may be soon. Here's why
2. In order to avoid any possible misinterpretation, I'm going to give exact word for word quote of what I was told. "Rumor has it the AUSA
3. has signed off on the tactical & logistical plan to take numerous subjects into custody". That's it. Word for word.

He just slithers in & around & now he is gone.
Their names aren't even mentioned anymore.

I hope they are both on the arrest list with the others.

7. An AUSA is an Assistant United States Attorney.

They don't "sign off" on anything. They all answer directly to the U.S. Attorney in the district where they are assigned.

You do realize which district and what the USA is busy doing, I assume.

9. I am just troubled by the consistent errors about simple procedures and misuse of basic terminology

I would like more than anything for this guy's "sources" to be correct. I just don't think people that would be in a position to know anything of substance would make all these little mistakes about criminal procedure.

It's like somebody is just rolling ideas for a story in a bowl of buzzwords that sound ok to them.

This, the idea that a FISA court has a grand jury, total misrepresentation of what the Supremacy Clause is, on and on...

12. Just because you call it an error doesn't make it one. Do some research on this situation and who

is doing what. Then post your retraction.

13. I assume my "research" would be reading more tweets?

I understand the scenario being reported on Twitter. I also understand what an AUSA is, and the chain of command in the Justice Department.

14. Do I need to direct your research too?

I assumed you know how to do research. Yes, the information is on Twitter, but there are other reliable sources available. Remember, the person's credibility is what matters, not the particular medium of conveying the information. I also assume you don't have any biases against the media just because some people post bullshit. One reason there is so much bullshit posted on Twitter might be to discredit the media where independent journalism thrives and besmear the place to sufficient extent to degrade usage.

15. Remember the heady days when the worst thing people said about you was "Fuckface Von Clownstick?"

This is why I love independent journalism, no holds barred and oh so gonzo.
