both subtle and powerful. She was saying impeachment must be based on facts. The implication was congressional especially senate is in the process of collecting those facts.

while she said, in effect, "not yet," the long term answer is still open, from what I heard on the clip.

As the party leader in the House, she kind of has to avoid rampant speculation and hyperbole based on innuendo and rumor. One thing she can do is count votes, and with a Repub majority, the votes aren't there and getting overly excited can work against us.

Besides, if we impeach now we might lose one of our best issues to run on next year. That's not "keeping our powder dry," that's strategy.
