Rec if you believe that republicans are cowards

I've never seen such spineless, dickless people in my life.

They do not deserve to be called Americans.

Excusing the inexcusable;

Defending the indefensible;

Whitewashing, whispering, ignoring, enabling...

Turning a blind eye to incompetence to further an un American agenda to benefit only millionaires and billionaires.

Rec this thread if you agree that every one of them, without exception, is chickenshit.

Turning a blind eye to incompetence to further an un American agenda to benefit only millionaires and billionaires.

They are not turning a blind eye. They are hoping that Trump goes further and further. They are watching with glee. They know Trump's going away sooner rather than later, and the further into the hinterlands he goes, the more room his replacement will have to move.

When President Pence institutes blasphemy laws and sends gays to "re-education" camps, he will seem positively presidential compared to that wacky orange dude. Make no mistake, they're not turning a blind eye, they're just not getting in his way.

Their lack of criticism goes way beyond them being scared that Benedict Donald will start mean tweeting them; I think they are actually okay with his cozy relationship with the Kremlin because they want to turn the United States of America into an authoritarian dictatorship. They see the writing on the (never-to-be-built) wall--demographics is turning against them so they have to concentrate power where and when they can. Soon demographics will overtake them and we will truly become a multi-racial democracy which is the Republicans' worst fear. They know they have no ideas. They know that they are utter incapable of governing in that multi-racial democracy, so they must suppress voting, they must attempt to discriminate as much as they can. They must keep the bigots riled up and resentful, placing the blame for their shitty lives on "all those brown people" instead of where it belongs--on the 1%.

Their valuing party over country began with Reagan, gathered steam with Gingrich, and has reached its apex now. If we can't stop them in 2018, we will be lost for at least a generation, perhaps longer--if we survive this Republican horror show.

Every Republican behavior the OP listed was at one time harshly criticized BY Republicans when they (incorrectly) perceived Dems as being guilty of those things.

There is something very wrong with conservative thought patterns. (I just realized I used the words "conservative" and "thought" in the same sentence! My bad!)

Cons are not capable of following logic or properly using facts to back up their agenda. It's all just forcing others to live by their depraved code.

Look at the military actions they instigate. Republicans attack "enemies" they think won't or can't shoot back.

Reagan attacked the Caribbean island of Grenada, which, aside from a few beaches and a few coconuts is known for nothing else because there IS nothing else there.

Bush Sr. attacked Panama, another of those powerful enemies that posed a real threat to the wheat fields of Nebraska.

Bush, Jr. invaded Iraq (OK, THAT one was a miscalculation. Rummy THOUGHT they wouldn't shoot back. "Maybe six days, maybe six weeks. Certainly not six months." Oops).

It was only a matter of time before Trump declared war on San Marino and Andorra. "AMERICA FARCE!"

On the other hand, Obama decided NOT to invade Syria. Seeing as how that country is split up into a bunch of factions, all heavily armed, and all hating us, invading it would only get a few thousand of our people killed and improve exactly nothing. Sometimes, the gutsy thing to do is to NOT send in our forces.

It is that they are loyal to one thing and one thing only - money. Their money, the money of the people who give them money, wall street money, and corporate money. As long as they think they can wring more money out of the American people with Trump in the White House and as long as Trump's actions don't hurt their access to money, they do not actually care what he does nor do they care about this country. They are not cowards, they are flat out traitors.
