Their valuing party over country began with Reagan, gathered steam with Gingrich, and has reached its apex now. If we can't stop them in 2018, we will be lost for at least a generation, perhaps longer--if we survive this Republican horror show.

Look at the military actions they instigate. Republicans attack "enemies" they think won't or can't shoot back.

Reagan attacked the Caribbean island of Grenada, which, aside from a few beaches and a few coconuts is known for nothing else because there IS nothing else there.

Bush Sr. attacked Panama, another of those powerful enemies that posed a real threat to the wheat fields of Nebraska.

On the other hand, Obama decided NOT to invade Syria. Seeing as how that country is split up into a bunch of factions, all heavily armed, and all hating us, invading it would only get a few thousand of our people killed and improve exactly nothing.
