Sandra Lee refused to let Paul Ryan join cooking segment

http://pagesix.com/2017/05/09/sandra-lee-refused-to-let-paul-ryan-join-cooking-segment/

Sandra Lee refused to let House Speaker Paul Ryan join her cooking segment on Fox News and told him, “I need you to go away.”

The celebrity chef and longtime girlfriend of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, a Democrat, was not happy after learning her segment on Tuesday’s “Fox & Friends” would directly follow an interview with Ryan, and banished the Republican leader from her TV kitchen.

A source told Page Six, “Paul Ryan was on the segment before Sandra, and the hosts asked him to hang around for Sandra’s cooking feature to try the food. But in the break before her demo, she said to Ryan and some others there, ‘I need you to go away so I can collect my thoughts, prepare, and get ready for the segment.’”

The source continued, “It wasn’t a very friendly ‘Fox & Friends.’ Sandra wasn’t even comfortable with having Paul Ryan on the same stage as her during the commercial break, never mind on air. It was very frosty. She simply does not believe in anything Ryan believes in.”

The source added that Ryan remained off-camera while Lee did her “Cooking With Friends” segment with show hosts Steve Doocy, Ainsley Earhardt and Brian Kilmeade. She prepared a Mother’s Day menu of coffee cake, chocolate cupcakes and chocolate-covered bacon. Lee also discussed a Manhattan Magazine cover story in which she champions small businesses.

Resist!

Celebrity chef for semi-homemade recipes. Her domestic partner is Gov. Andrew Cuomo. Someone somewhere must like chocolate covered bacon.

some folks want to keep things quick and simple while feeling constructive.

I've been known to build delicious meals out of Trader Joe's frozen stuff. Or a delicious Bolognese sauce out of a jar of store bought sauce.

Taking garbage and spinning it into gold is what some people need sometimes.

Annette would have given him a wedgie.
No one knows what John Holmes would've done, but it probably wouldn't be pretty.
