Why is the 93 year old former SOS, with documented very questionable ethics, Clinton's praise of him aside, sitting in on a WH meeting with Russian diplomats which we now know had a significant spillage of very sensitive information? Does he even have a current security clearance of a level to be in attendance?

This gets more bizarre and disconcerting by the moment.
