OK, Republicans, it's time to admit it
OK, Republicans, it's time to admit it. Your guy is dangerous. What do you have to lose if our President is given his walking papers? The Vice President's agenda is already so far to the right that upon succeeding our current president, he will ensure that poor people will be given the shaft, that any but the most worthwhile voters will continue to be suppressed, that the elderly will not miss out on losing healthcare and social security benefits, that women will lose most the reproductive and health rights they currently have, and that the wealthy will still get their massive tax breaks. If our current president is jettisoned, public schools will still get the shaft, and workers will continue to to lose their collective bargaining rights as well as any claims to a financial share of their contribution to production. You'll still get your retrograde Supreme Court picks. Nothing will change except that we will be rid of a mad man riding backwards and sidesaddle on the steed of power, leaking secrets, thumbing his nose at our cherished institutions, and squandering our reputation, while, no matter what, profiting, profiting, profiting. Despite the Vice President's radical agenda, it's got to be better than the dangerous, self-centered man who is currently in power. You have little to lose.
