In White House meeting Trump thanks Erdoğan for "excellent towels"

While meeting at the White House with Turkish president Erdoğan - President Trump's remarks included praise for their "excellent, excellent towels - and fantastic, delicious taffy."

Trump later added - "We couldn't celebrate Thanksgiving without them!"
