The men who beat up protesters outside of the Turkish Embassy in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday are the bodyguards of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, NBC News confirmed.

Erdogan took a page straight out of Trump's playbook

1. DC Metro Police issued a statement that 2 arrests were made

but didn't say who was arrested (in video it looks like protestors).

They also made some 1st Amendment noise but if they arrested protestors who were attacked, so much for the 1st Amendment.

3. Erdogan's bodyguards and Turkish embassy personnel

were the main culprits in the beatings of the protestors. If I were conspiracy-minded, I'd say they played the lead roles because they are immune from arrest. Only two arrests were made, and I'm guessing those were the thugs that joined in attacking peaceful protestors. If you watch the video, you can even see that a few of those Turks were armed. How this was even allowed to happen on American soil is beyond me.
