That horse is already out of the barn and running for the wire, Donny. If you have anything to hide it's a too late to interfere!

Having said that, however, I am not certain how much Comey can say in public based on its level of classification. That oath of secrecy in matters of national security does carry on, I believe.

He can try to invoke executive privilege when evidence is subpoenaed from his office but Nixon could not do that. Because the federal court ruled he could not withhold evidence even as president when it relates to a the investigation of a crime.
