Mueller will respectfully ask that he be given a brief opportunity to review the contents of Comey's memos and testimony before Comey is publicly questioned by either chamber. He'll want to evaluate it in the context of other major threads in the investigation. He won't need to know everything about everything but he'll likely want it in general.

Net - Mueller's first communication to Congress will be to ask for a 14 day delay in Comey's testimony...with a caveat that if, in the course of those 14 days, he learns something that he believes creates an issue with public testimony...he'll make congress aware of that.

IMHO.

(but I'd love to be wrong because I want to see Comey eviscerate Trump. It'll be must-see TV)
