Due to Paul Ryan's incompetence, House might have to redo vote on Trumpcare.

The Trumpcare-bill that was passed in the House has not yet been sent to the Senate.

Why?

Because they want to pass it in the Senate under reconciliation-rules (-> no filibuster possible), but the verdict of the CBO come Monday might be that the Trumpcare violates the rules for what can be passed under reconciliation.

If the CBO says that the Trumpcare-bill doesn't meet the budgetary conditions, then the House-Republicans will have to hold ANOTHER vote on ANOTHER Trumpcare-bill that would meet the criteria for reconciliation.

--------------

The article says Trumpcare 4.0, but by my count it would be Trumpcare 3.0?

This would be hilarious. It's just that impending global destruction due to Shit Gibbon's ineptness kind of harshes my life buzz.

that leaves #45 with no legislative accomplishments in first 100 days. And, maybe the next vote fails since all Repug approvals declined after they "passed" their bill. Incompetent Ryan should have waited for the CBO score, which would have found the problem.
