plan is probably to get close to Jared Kushner and drive Trump to become the nutjob.

Alot of the people in that family will get hurt big time. Unless they get him a medical alibi and resign.

1. Trump understands leverage...

he's just not used to it being used against him. After 2000 or so civil lawsuits for his shitty business practices, he thinks he can leverage his way out of this with a settlement. Going up against the FBI and DOJ is a bit different than suing a sub-contractor about supposed poor workmanship.
