I hope the news reporters are extra specially careful that their Trump info is real.

If I were a Republican I'd try to get some fake info into the Washington Post or NY Times that could be used later to discredit them.

It might grow into a kind of news frenzy where any news bit is quickly grabbed and published.

We will certainly get a lot of invented news about Trump soon in any case.
They will try to confuse the issues with fake mixed into the real news.

unless they have at least two corroborating sources. I'm not worried.

They're sourcing these stories with up to 4 sources. I think they're aware they can't get this wrong--especially with the "fake news" boulder that has already been hung around their necks.

Most MSM have reported that Comey was fired shortly after he requested more resources to pursue the FBI investigation. Now the FBI people are saying Comey never requested more resources.

Durbin seemed to be definitely confirming this for Wolf Blitzer, not like he had just heard it second hand from an article. So it is odd that McCabe and Rosenstein and DOJ have absolutely denied this and said that investigation has plenty of resources.
