To all the "loyal" Trump campaign folks and administration aides:

You're about to be questioned about things by law enforcement and other people. What will you do? Do you know things that might be harmful to the Trump administration? Were you actually part of the corruption?

Can you afford to lawyer up? If not, you can be sure that The Donald is not going to foot the bill for your legal costs. So, what will you do? What WILL you do?

Make an immunity deal, if you're involved in actual misdeeds. If you're not involved, don't worry too much. Either way, just come clean and answer the nice people's questions truthfully and volunteer any information you have that will help them in the investigation. For those who didn't actively participate in any shenanigans, that will be enough. If you did participate, perhaps under some sort of duress or out of some sense of loyalty to Trump, it's more complicated.

For those folks who were complicit in any illegal actions, you may want to negotiate for some sort of immunity deal. You might want an attorney to help you, but if you really want to skate, just make a simple immunity deal and fess up about everything. The emphasis is going to be on charging people at a much higher level position than you hold. Cooperation will probably prevent charges against you, assuming that you're honest and forthcoming and just come clean. If you help, you'll likely walk away from all this with just some egg on your face and have to go job-hunting.

Donald's not going to protect you, folks. He's just not. You know that, right? He doesn't care about you. In fact, he's probably going to try to blame stuff on you and hope that diverts attention from himself. You're not going to let him do that to you, right?

Be proactive. Volunteer information if you have some. Be helpful with the investigations. It'll go better for you if you do that. If you don't, you're likely to be swept up in the whole thing and might face some years in the federal slammer. Think. Act. Do.

And that's my advice to those folks. If they're smart, they'll take it. If they're not, then they'll be taking a perp walk one of these days.

Maybe the Mercer mob will pay the legal fees? If not, I don't see how staffers can afford to remain loyal to Turnip. Maybe a few will spill all the dirt they have on traitor in chief.

It is all about the Money and Social Contacts. He spent twenty years in DC,and the Wannabes usually get burned after a while. Starry Eyes usually turn to Agenda Eying.

And you still lie to investigators to protect Trump, you truly deserve whatever punishment is dealt out to you.

Usually the first ones to voluntarily cooperate get the best deals. But then, how many of them are smart?

Some are probably smart. Those will survive, I imagine. Those who are stupid may not.
