Follow the money... $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

With Donald Trump, it has always been about money. Even as he sits in the White House, it is still about making money and closing deals. He believes that if he dies with the most money and the most toys, he dies the "winner". That is his philosophy on life.

When the investigations look for wrongdoing, all they need to do is follow the money. Where and with whom were the deals made? In Russia? In Kazakhstan? In Azerbaijan? In Mumbai? In China? In Istanbul? In Saudi Arabia? Donald Trump has used about 500 LLCs to hide the details of his transactions. They will not be easy to track. It will probably be impossible to track all of them? But if they can follow the details on just one of them, that might be enough to convict of a crime? That is what the "Russia connection" is about, moreso than collusion, in my opinion. It is about making deals and making money.

Kentuck I know you weren't born yesterday.

We're demanding to see Trump's tax returns, and with those we'll know who owns him and who's been paying him. Probably 10 years of tax returns would be even better.

Hopefully our independent special investigator Mueller will dig into them very soon.

And I don't think his tax returns would tell us as much as we think it might? Much of his wealth is probably hidden in off-shore accounts, with no accounting to the US Government at all, in my opinion. He doesn't feel he has to follow our tax laws or any laws in particular. He believes he is exempt from such nuisances.

What he owns and who he owes, as stated in your original post.

Maybe he hasn't paid enough taxes but he has to report something.

WASHINGTON—A Treasury Department unit that specializes in combating money-laundering will share financial records with an expanding Senate probe into possible ties between Russia and President Donald Trump and his associates, according to people familiar with the matter.
