Fifth Amendment right not to testify against oneself carries no imputation of guilt whatsoever. It is an absolute right and its invocation cannot be used to infer guilt on the part of the person invoking it.

He wanted immunity, now he'll take the fifth when he didn't get it.

That's fine with me, it's obvious that without immunity he's going to hide behind the fifth so it's open season on how deep they're going to bury him in the prison system, and I hope it's deep.

No more Mr nice guy for him, he had his chance for a lighter sentence by spilling he beans, now he'll be eating lots if them in the hole, bet he'll be popular where he ends up, no uniform, no fake social standing, a massive failure as a human being.

Whatever he gets is bought and paid for in advance, his big man attitude won't fly where he's going, just another pasty old white man with zero influence.

I hope he dies in prison.
