2. Before Trump

I had never used twitter except occasionally for info on our local college basketball team. Mensch seemed good to follow at first, then I started narrowing my info stream down to people like Nance, dem lawmakers, and trustworthy news sources. Mensch just didn't pass the smell test after a while. But I see fellow liberals reposting her a LOT. We all want the Trump madness to end so anyone saying it is about to end is tempting to follow.

3. i don't think Mensch is trolling purposely but i think the attention

did get to her and she feels the need to always put out info in order to keep getting attention. and this includes maybe putting out things she might have heard but without making sure it's totally reliable. and this often gets into conspiracy.

Constant self promotion (her neediness is palatable) , twitter feuds , quickness to judge and label others , "either with us or your against us", no shades of grey thinking -all hurt her credibility. It's really too bad. I do believe she has credible sources , unfortunately whatever they tell her gets lost in the mix of her personality deficits and her speculation . I don't know if she is capable of understanding this.
I think she means well , I wish her well , but I just can't trust her.

9. I like Nance and largely agree. I think the botom line is to be extremely skeptical of

the latest, hottest, remarkable news, especially from twitter sources, until we start seeing it validated by other sources.

Apparently, MSM are also being heavily targeted by fake news sources now in an organized attempt to discredit. All it takes is a few "bites" at being FIRST to report some of these ultimately false stories to do incredible harm.
