ISIL may have decided against any attacks on the US.

They can see Trump is doing a better job than they ever
could so they are going to leave well enough alone.

Looneys will pop off whenever they feel up to it.

The notion that there is some "mastermind" deciding when and where some guy blows himself up doesn't strike me as any more credible than someone coordinating school shootings or other events of mayhem.
