Remember when Timothy McVeigh called the 19 children he killed "collateral damage?"
Seems like terrorists have "evolved" to explicitly targeting children, adolescents, and their parents. 
RIP to all of the victims in Manchester. My thoughts are with and my compassion is toward the victims' families and other loved ones in this terrible time.
