No longer able to get MSNBC live on YouTube

When I try to select it I get CNN instead. Can anyone explain why?

Or Google Rockin' Rooster's politics. It's a live stream of MSNBC International, which is just MSNBC without the American commercials. Commercial time is filled with weather maps, or endless self-promos for MSNBC "celebrity" anchors.
