Proof that Sessions lied -- that he didn't just make a mistake.

He failed to disclose his Russian contacts both on his Security Clearance forms and in his Senate confirmation hearings.

Once he failed to disclose in one setting, he had to repeat the lie the second time. That wasn't an accident.

1st time, told not to include such contacts--this is pending confirmation, but I'd rather assume that the JD is accurate and it would be a hassle to locate the FBI folk who would have told him not to include such contacts and ask if s/he actually gave that advice in a manner that unambiguously said otherwise.

2nd time, it didn't come up. Which is expected if the events the 1st time 'round are reported accurately.

3rd time, it was landscape.

all the contacts, and then this anonymous FBI agent told him he didn't have to -- so he removed them.

Why would he delete the names after he'd already put them down?

Nothing about this passes the smell test, especially for anyone who has ever filled out Security clearance forms.
