It has gotten so bad that he is now blurting out national secrets as if he were talking about his golf game.

It was bad enough when he exposed the Israelis by blabbing to the Russians inside the White House. Now, he is talking about our nuclear submarines to the leader of the Philippines. These are two of the most sensitive secrets in our military.

What does he expose next? If it happens a third time, shouldn't someone look to put a stop to it? The 25th Amendment is there for such contingencies.
