This would make sense if not for the obvious: If there was work that needed doing, and available funds to pay people to do it, why not just hire them in the first place, at a decent wage, and eliminate the need to have them on welfare in the first place?

they assume all the negatives of working....transportation etc...with few rewards. And what if jobs are not available?

but fat cats and their bought governments don't want to pay anyone a decent wage to do it. Taking mothers away from their children seems just peachy to them, after all, child care really doesn't have to be done, does it?
