When the father of a child with a chronic pre-existing condition ...

body slams a Congressman or a U.S. Senator at one of their town halls, is he going to be charged with a misdemeanor? Is he going to be able to show up at work the next day and continue on with his life like nothing ever happened?

I'd really like to know.
