What are the odds that Flynn's sudden willingness to work with investigators have something to do with Jared's name hitting the airwaves?

Eh, it's probably nothing.

1. Flynn knows his time is running out for an optimum deal.

Once other parties are drawn in, the feds will make it clear that the first person to cooperate will get the best deal. The first one to give up the more imporrtant person gets off with no further peril.

But that's just my opinion and how I see it.

"proffer" today, and found out that a “5K” or a “5K motion” in the federal system is a motion filed under Section 5k1.1".

FYI: Former prosecutor on Rachel's show said Kushner may not be a "target" yet but maybe a lesser status like "witness." "Target" is the most serious status followed by "subject" and then "witness."
