His office claims that Sessions listed all his contacts, but someone at the FBI told him that because these contacts were in the course of his work as a Senator, he didn't need to list them. Last I heard, the FBI has denied telling Sessions any such thing, and why would he list the contacts then unlist them?

I'm not familiar with the form - although others are - but I don't think there are exceptions to the questions if you're a Senator, and there's that really pointed language at the end where you sign your name, something about full disclosure, truthfulness, and under penalty of perjury. Language you'd think the candidate for Attorney General would take seriously.

And I bet there's a section at the end that says by signing it, he's certifying that everything on it is true to the best of his knowledge.

But what does he care? He already lied under oath to Congress and STILL became Attorney General of the United States. Republicans care about NOTHING other than preserving their own party.
